Staff Bios

Jeff Heng is the owner and president of All American Landscape Design, Inc. Jeff has over 18 years of experience in the landscape industry and is educated in the areas of plant material, hardscapes and everything that pertains to the industry. He has his cettification from the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICP!) and the National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA).

Jeff’s career started in culinary arts. He was approached by Brinker & Company to train as head chef in Sante Fe, New Mexico. Shortly later, he opened the Macaroni Grillin Omaha, Nebraska as the General Manager. Jeff started All American Landscape Design in 2002 to implement the vision that the quality of finished work is a direct reflection of who the company is not only as a professional entity but as the people it embodies. Starting as a small mow company, Jeff instantly discovered that homeowners wanted extensive outdoor living areas, thus he made the business move to expand and include landscaping, hardscaping, water and fire features, lighting, irrigation, and more. Jeff is an entrepreneur that believes in hard work, community efforts and family.

Molly has been a member of the All American Landscape staff since February 2010. She started working part time in the office as Jeff was growing his operations. By the Summer of 2010 she became a full time employee and office manager. Molly continued as the sole office staff member until the growth exceeded the position of just one staff member in 2015. In March of 2018 she was promoted to our chief financial officer. She has great customer service skills and makes lasting connections with each of our clients. She truly enjoys the job that she does, connecting with both the other employees and clients.

Molly and Jeff have been married since September of 2011. Molly has two step-daughters, Ali and Cami They welcomed their son, Ayden, into the family in 2011. They continued to grow their family with their second child, daughter Peyton, born in March of 2012, When Molly is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys organizing teams for awareness walks and has a passion to be active in spreading awareness and raising funds for the March of Dimes.

Junior started working for All American in 2006. He began working as a mow crew member. As operations continued to grow and the company expanded so did Junior’s skills. He left for a brief time to take a traveling position working on windmills only to return a few years later. Junior possesses many skills in the landscape industry. He has been cross trained in all aspects of the company’s operations, He trained for a few years as a key landscaper and was quickly promoted to a head landscape foreman. After many years in this roll in 2018 he was then promoted to the landscape operations coordinator to oversee all landscape crew operations.

He is well liked and respected by all employees. He is a great leader and has an impressive ability to teach others new skills. When Junior is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family. He and his wife. Yolanda, were together for 11 years before getting married in 2016. He has three children, Kevin (15), Monica (14), and Mario (10). They enjoy taking family vacations together and traveling to new places. They especially love spending time outdoors. Junior is a very active member of his church and teaches Bible Study classes.

Fernando began working for All American in 2004 as an entry level mow crew member. Since then, he has learned new skills in different areas of the company. He now has been a part of every aspect of the company operations. He is one of the few people who is crossed trained in all the services we offer both in ground maintenance and landscape construction. He currently holds the title of grounds maintenance manaqer and is a verv driven individual Fernando wears many hats within our operations and is an asset to our team.

He is a sounding board for his fellow employees and a joy to work with. When he is not working. he enjoys spending time with his wife. Sarah. Fernando and Sarah have been married since 2002. They have a daughter. Sofña (10), and son. Fernando Jr. (7). As a family they enjoy watching movies and spending time together outdoors at Mahoney State Park.

Shannon has been a member of All American Landscape Design since 2022 as a landscape design consultant. She has a passion for sharing her love for the outdoors which has become the main motivation behind her landscape designs. Shannon has an eye for finding new ways to bring new life to a space by either choosing plants that grow together seamlessly or creating hardscapes that work as an extension of the house. Shannon graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in Landscape Design. She has been in the industry for 8 years with a well-rounded background working at botanical gardens to being a greenhouse grower. When Shannon isn’t working, she likes to spend her time with her family and find new places to go hiking while enjoying the native flora of the Midwest.

Chloe joined the All American family in May of 2022 as an assistant to our CFO. She is new to the landscape construction and grounds maintenance industry but quickly showed her excellent attention to detail and her ability to learn new tasks quickly. She has since taken on a new position as our lead office assistant managing client accounts and assisting all of our clients with any of their landscape and grounds maintenance needs. She is an asset to the All American team. When Chloe isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her family and close friends. She has a love for travel and enjoys spending time in new places.
